KOBE, Japan - A participant from Iwate Prefecture helps make the world's largest paper collage by pasting pieces of colored "washi" Japanese paper to create an image of the traditional "Chagu Chagu Umakko" horse festival in the northeastern prefecture during an event in Kobe, western Japan, on Feb. 2, 2014. At 2,570 tons and 2,556 tons respectively, the Nippon Maru and Kaio Maru are among the largest tall ships in the world. The Kaio Maru will be open to public viewing on Nov. 24, and the Nippon Maru on Nov. 25.
